This policy describes the website as it currently operates. The production website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta measurement technology. Booking buttons open Calendly, which handles the information you provide when scheduling.
About this policy
This policy explains how IgniteMedia Labs handles information when you visit ignitemedialabs.in, book a conversation, contact us directly or apply for a published role.
It covers this website and direct communications with IgniteMedia Labs. A separate client agreement may apply when you engage us for services.
Information you provide
If you contact us by email, you choose what information to send. This may include your name, contact details, business information, website, the reason for your enquiry and any attachments or links you include.
- Business and contact information included in an enquiry.
- Information included in correspondence, meeting notes or follow-up messages.
- Application information sent for a published role, such as a resume, portfolio and work links.
Booking a conversation
Booking buttons take you to the IgniteMedia Labs scheduling page on Calendly. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly and the meeting organiser under the scheduling service’s settings and privacy practices.
The website records a booking-start interaction and passes campaign labels in the scheduling link to help identify how visitors found us. It does not copy scheduling form answers into frontend analytics. Clicking the button does not itself mean that a meeting was booked.
Information handled automatically
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure used to deliver the site may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested page, date and time, and technical error data. This can be necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website.
IgniteMedia Labs uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta measurement technology to understand website use, campaign performance and important interactions. These services may process device, browser, page, referrer, interaction and advertising identifier information according to their own configurations and policies.
How information is used
Information that you send directly may be used to respond to your request, assess whether our services or a published role are relevant, communicate about the request, maintain business records and protect the website or business from misuse.
- Respond to enquiries and continue requested conversations.
- Understand the business context or opportunity you describe.
- Review applications for published roles.
- Meet applicable record-keeping, security or legal obligations.
Analytics and measurement
This website loads the existing IgniteMedia Labs Google Tag Manager container on the production domain. The container connects Google Analytics and Meta Pixel measurement. The frontend provides interaction events for navigation, calls to action, scrolling, contact channels, content reading and booking starts. Delivery of individual events depends on the published tag configuration; scheduling completion depends on scheduling-provider configuration.
Measurement is used to understand which pages and campaigns are useful, diagnose journey friction, attribute enquiries where possible and improve marketing decisions. IgniteMedia Labs does not use session-recording technology in this frontend.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and their supporting tag infrastructure may use cookies, browser storage or similar identifiers according to the active production configuration. Visitors can restrict or clear these technologies through browser and platform controls, although doing so can reduce measurement accuracy.
The frontend uses session storage to retain campaign labels, the original landing-page path and a referring domain as you move between pages. This record excludes enquiry form values and full query strings. Stored attribution is treated as expired after a 30-minute gap between page loads and normally disappears when the browser session ends.
Third-party services
Email messages are processed through the sender’s and recipient’s email services. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data to deliver the site. Google and Meta process measurement information when their production tags load. No third-party video, map, calendar, social feed, payment or remote form embed is currently loaded by this frontend.
A link to another website is governed by that website’s own privacy practices once you leave ignitemedialabs.in.
How information may be shared
IgniteMedia Labs does not sell information collected through this website. Information sent directly may be accessible to service providers that support communications or website delivery, and may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or address misuse.
Data retention
Campaign context held by the frontend is session-scoped as described above. Direct correspondence, scheduling information and related business records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, working relationship, record-keeping, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary according to the type of record and why it is held.
Security
No method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive personal, financial or confidential information by ordinary email unless an appropriate method has been agreed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning information held about you, including asking for access, correction or deletion, or objecting to certain uses. You may also ask us to stop optional communications. Requests can be sent to the contact address below. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request.
International users
IgniteMedia Labs is based in Chennai, India and works internationally. If you contact us from another country, your communication may be handled in India and through communication or hosting providers operating in other locations.
Children’s privacy
This website presents business-to-business services and is not directed to children. The current frontend does not provide an online submission flow designed for children. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to IgniteMedia Labs, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, its integrations or business practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current published version. Material changes should be reviewed before they are published.
